These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Supraa mobile application and services operated by SupraaMart Private Limited ("SupraaMart", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our app or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Overview of Services
SupraaMart Private Limited operates the Supraa app, a platform that allows users to order groceries, fruits, vegetables, meat, and food from listed local shops. Customers select products from these shops, which then prepare the items. SupraaMart arranges for the pickup and delivery of orders via its delivery partners.
2. Registration and User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the app.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- By registering, you agree to provide accurate and updated information and authorize us to contact you for service-related communication.
3. Role of SupraaMart
- SupraaMart acts only as a technology service provider and logistics facilitator.
- We do not own, control, or guarantee the quality of goods listed in the app.
- All items are sold and prepared by independent third-party vendors (shopkeepers).
4. Product Listings and Orders
- Products listed in the Supraa app are based on real-time availability as updated by the vendors.
- Once an order is placed and accepted, the vendor starts preparing the items.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed, unless permitted within a specific cancellation window (before order getting accepted ).
- SupraaMart reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of fraud, unavailability, or other operational reasons.
5. Pricing, Charges, and Payment
- Product prices are set by the individual shops and may vary across shops or locations.
- Additional charges may include:
- Delivery Fees
- Platform Fees
- Packing Charges (if applicable)
- Payment must be made through the app using supported digital payment methods.
- SupraaMart receives payments on behalf of the vendors and deducts its commission before settling the vendor amount.
6. Delivery Policy
- Our delivery partners pick up the prepared order from the vendor and deliver it to your provided address.
- Delivery times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, vendor delay, or other unforeseen issues.
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery partner may leave the order at the premises or return it. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of most items, returns are not accepted unless the product is:
- Damaged
- Spoiled
- Incorrectly delivered
- All refund requests must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery, along with clear evidence (photos or videos).
- SupraaMart will verify and decide the refund eligibility. This decision will be final and binding.
- Refunds, if approved, may be processed to your original payment method within 24 to 48 Hours.
8. Vendor Responsibility
- Vendors are fully responsible for:
- Product availability
- Quality and hygiene
- Correct packaging and labelling
- SupraaMart is not liable for any food safety, allergy, or health concerns related to vendor products.
9. Customer Conduct
By using Supraa, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Verbally abuse or threaten our staff, vendors, or delivery personnel.
- Manipulate pricing or attempt refunds through false claims.
- Interfere with or disrupt the app or its backend systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any misuse or violation of these Terms.
10. Promotions and Discounts
- Any promotional codes or offers are provided at the sole discretion of SupraaMart.
- We may withdraw or modify offers at any time without prior notice.
- Misuse of promotional offers may result in the termination of your account or reversal of discounts.
11. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, content, and software on the Supraa platform are the exclusive property of SupraaMart Private Limited.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SupraaMart is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising out of your use of the app or services.
- We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or safety of the products provided by vendors.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SupraaMart and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or losses arising from:
- Your use of the Supraa app
- Any violation of these Terms
- Any breach of third-party rights or applicable laws
14. Privacy Policy
We collect, use, and store your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which outlines:

By using the app, you consent to our privacy practices.
15. Modifications to Terms

SupraaMart may terminate or suspend your access to the app:

- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
